13&O Training Trip

Since 1999, TEAM SEA has offered a 13&O Training Trip experience for our athletes. These trips are major highlights of their time with TEAM SEA and give them a great opportunity to not only bond together as a team, but solely focus on swimming and only swimming for a solid week. We traditionally stay west of Panama City Beach, secure lodging on the beach, and train at Frank Brown Park (view the Aquatic Center at this link). The cost usually runs around $1,500 per athlete and includes transportation, lodging, pool access, and dinners. Below you can view some additional information about this trip. If you have any questions, please contact Coach Neil. Our next training trip will take place in June of 2027.

This year's chaporones include TBD. Coach TBD will be conducting all practices on this trip. At this time, there are no spots remaining for additional athletes. We will be staying here. Dinner on Thursday will take place at The Red Bar. Donuts after practice at Thomas Donuts. Shopping at Pier Park.
